Product Composition: Ca-Zn and other organic compounds
Product Feature:
● Non-toxic, eco-friendly, and odorless stabilizer compound. Can meet the latest environmental standards without adding any heavy metal elements.
● Excellent mechanical properties with appearing better brightness, color hold ability and weathering properties than other PVC stabilizers.
● The 2% lower density of a Ca-based stabilized dryblendoffer good performance at considerably lower addition levels than other PVC stabilizers.
● Can replace Lead Systems, Organic Tin Systems,Organic Sb Systems, and other Organic co-stabilizers Systems.

Heavy metal based stabilizers are widely used due to its high cost-to-performance ratio. However, with continued advancements in formulation technology and sustained elevation in environmental awareness, this traditional situation has been changed. The European Union has completely stopped using cadmium based heat stabilizer in 2001, and has restricted lead based heat stabilizer in many industries. In China, it also have many policies to limit toxic heat stabilizer. Such as  cadmium salt heat stabilizer has been basically eliminated as well as the amount of lead salt is no longer dominant and has been reduced to about 30% of the total heat stabilizer. Furthermore, lead salt heat stabilizer was prohibited in PVC water pipe products. For all evidence, It is clear to see that the future trend of PVC industry is to accelerate the elimination of heavy metal stabilizer.

With the society development, calcium zinc stabilizer can be used in most PVC industries to replace and compete with heavy metal based stabilizers.
